Our State Licensing team is looking for volunteers looking to take on a leadership role. As a member of the State Licensing Council, you will draft materials for our nationwide licensing effort and conduct research important to the progress of MSJDN’s national licensing efforts. Estimated weekly time commitment is 5 to 7 hours.
Our State Licensing Committee has overseen the implementation of licensing accommodations in 13 states plus the U.S. Virgin Islands. Visit our Licensing page for more information on our efforts and successes in this area. Working with state bar licensing authorities to enact accommodations for military spouse attorneys is one of the most important and impactful things we do at MSJDN. Accommodations allow these attorneys to maintain their legal career and practice law while being constantly reassigned due to military orders.
