  • A service member is seeking an attorney to help draft a Special Needs Trust. The service member and his spouse are residents of Texas.
  • A service member is seeking an attorney to help draft a Special Needs Trust. The service member will become a resident of Georgia after separating from service in late 2016.
  • The sister of a deceased service member is seeking an attorney to assist her with gaining access to the service member’s financial accounts. The service member was a resident of Washington.
  • The mother of a deceased service member is seeking an attorney to assist her with settling her son’s estate (service member passed away without a will) and closing his accounts. The service member was a resident of Florida.
  • The fiancée of a deceased service member is seeking an attorney to help her establish paternity so her unborn son can receive benefits. The fiancée has DNA evidence from the Armed Forces Medical Examiner, but is now required to have the results adjudicated in order for DOD to recognize them. The fiancée is a resident of North Carolina.
