Partners

In June 2021, in celebration of its Tenth Anniversary, the Military Spouse J.D. Network (MSJDN) proudly announced its Homefront Partners Initiative as well as four of its inaugural partners: Amazon, Morrison & Foerster, Prudential, and USAA. The Homefront Partner initiative highlights private sector strategic partners who have not only committed to MSJDN’s mission, but also to helping military families achieve career success.

Homefront Partners support MSJDN’s unique mission to serve military spouses in the legal profession by advocating for attorney licensing accommodations, educating the public about the challenges faced by career-minded military spouses, encouraging the hiring of military spouses, and providing a support network for military spouse attorneys.

“MSJDN’s success over the past ten years would not have been possible without the crucial support from our numerous partnerships,” said MSJDN President-Elect Kristen Jones. Together, MSJDN and its Homefront Partners will continue to expand horizons for military spouse attorneys, and impact communities.”

Organizational Partners

MSJDN has also received invaluable support from partner organizations in fulfilling our mission. MSJDN is thankful for support from the Military Officer’s Association of America (MOAA). They believed in our mission in the early days and were generous in their support of a spouse-led organization. We also received support from the National Military Family Association and the National Conference of Chief Justices following the February 2012 resolution supported by the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession, which was adopted at the ABA House of Delegates supporting changes in state licensing rules for military spouses with law degrees. MSJDN is also a proud participant in the Military Spouse Ambassador Network through the Department of Defense Spouse Education and Career Opportunities program.
