Jennifer spent twenty-three years in the Army, first as a Military Intelligence officer and then as a Judge Advocate, retiring from the Army in July 2020. She is currently a senior counsel at the Export-Import Bank of the US. Jen grew up living in New Jersey and Japan and earned her B.A. from Virginia Tech. She has a J.D. from the College of William and Mary and LL.M.’s from the Judge Advocate General Legal Center and School, and George Washington University. Jen currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia with her active-duty husband, three lovely daughters and her sweet pup, Bilbo.
