Kelly graduated from the University of Texas School of Law and is licensed in Texas and California. She has worked in big law, as a solo, and is now at a boutique exempt organizations firm out of Texas. She has lived at all the Marine Corps Bases except Hawaii and is headed next to Stuttgart, Germany with her active-duty Marine husband and 3 kids. Kelly grew up in east Texas and received her BA from the University of Pennsylvania. She has been a member of MSJDN off and on since 2011.
