Claire is a seasoned attorney who has been licensed since 2011 and is a longstanding member of the Military Spouse JD Network (MSJDN) since 2013. A New York City native, Claire received her bachelor’s degree from Columbia University before pursuing her juris doctor degree at Brooklyn Law School. She is a Partner at Dunlap, Bennett & Ludwig, a veteran-owned firm, where she specializes in comprehensive domestic and international trademark and copyright portfolio management and rights enforcement.
Claire’s professional journey is complemented by her personal commitment as the spouse of an active-duty Marine with a remarkable service record spanning over two decades. With her spouse stationed at Kaneohe Bay, she skillfully balances her professional and familial commitments between Hawaii, New York, and her parent’s home of Barbados. In addition to her legal pursuits, Claire actively participates as a mentor in MSJDN’s Mentoring Program and actively contributes her expertise to various local community boards, furthering her commitment to the legal profession and community engagement.
