The Military Spouse JD Network is proud to announce the rebranding of its State Licensing Committee as the Policy and Advocacy Committee, reflecting the organization’s expanded focus on broader policy, economic, and professional challenges facing military and veteran spouses in the legal field. Building on more than a decade of progress in improving state licensing rules and advancing licensure portability, the new committee will lead MSJDN’s engagement with state and federal partners, develop policy positions that support career mobility and economic opportunity, and continue working to remove barriers within the legal profession. This transition strengthens MSJDN’s ability to advocate for meaningful policy change and better serve its members nationwide.
